In spite of the Quality Checks, it is possible that you receive a product which is not in the best condition.
This might happen due to damages in transit or manual errors. To make sure that you receive the product in best condition, we offer completely free replacements.
You just have to write to us at care@merchandastic.com with a few pictures or a video showing the exact defect of the product and we will have your replacement product shipped out within 48 hours of it being authorised.
We do not ask for the defective product to be returned back tous and hence no reverse pickups need to be scheduled. For more details refer FAQ’s.
